Building Permits: Fees Schedule
1. The Building Inspector and/or members of the Planning and Zoning Committee shall determine the cost of the construction for which a permit is required under the following conditions:
A. for new construction, the cost shall be the total projected actual cost for material labor and utilities; or
B. for general construction, the cost shall be for repairs, remodeling and moving buildings in.
The fee shall be determined as follows:
